 We require the services of an individual, driven by customer service, whose primary function will be as a print estimator on incoming requests.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Prepare customer quotes from requests and specs received via the internet, telephonically, the front shop and referred by other team members.
  • Send the quotes to the customers and manage related queries.
  • Source and obtain quotes from Central Facility vendors.
  • Manage logistics and follow up with Central Facility
  • Maintain the integrity of the data on the quoting system


  • An understanding of the print process and be proficient with the associated terminology.
  • Computer literate, strong with MS office and experience with the Adobe Suite and an estimating management system eg. QuickEasy or similar.
  • Ability to work accurately and manage problem solving.
  • Understand costing and the related calculations.
  • Ability to interact confidently with customers, suppliers and fellow employees.
  • Ability to interpret customer requests.
  • The successful applicant will need to learn our full product range and the company's systems and procedures to be able to give our customers the best options available.
  • Participate actively as a team member, and work unsupervised, in a dynamic environment.
  • Have a strong work ethic and commitment to meeting customer expectations.
