With wire binding pairs of wire loops are crimped closer together once inserted into the punched holes in a document to form a circle securing the pages together. It is similar to coil binding but more sophisticated in appearance. It is used for business proposals and reports to produce quality documents. Custom printed front and back covers can be incorporated which can also be matt laminated to produce impressive documents. Pages cannot be added afterwards.
