A natural approach to signage, printed directly onto wood.

We recently produced signage for a vegan arts and craft market client who wanted a more natural, eco-conscious finish, so we printed directly onto plywood using our Roland flatbed UV printer.

To achieve a bright, vivid result on the wood surface, we first printed a layer of white ink and then printed the CMYK colour on top. This helps the artwork stand out beautifully while still keeping the character of the wood.

Direct printing onto wood is a great option for:

• custom promotional pieces
